fees & insurance
50 minute counseling session = $165
Reduced fee for counseling is available on a limited basis and dependent on need.
I am in-network with Premera, for all other insurance carriers, I can provide you with a receipt of service to send to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Fee for service is due monthly.
cancellations & no show policies
please notify me no less than 24 hours of a cancellation for any reason. I do my best to try and reschedule you in the same week.
no shows or late cancellations will be charged at the cost of a session, $165. Insurance will not pay or reimburse for this fee.
